The negative factor is the difficulty of access, because the path 38 (through which you enter Santa Maria de Punilla) is itself a small but very busy road that links Carlos Paz Capilla del Monte and crosses the center of all the intermediate populations (as Biallet Masse, Cosquín, La Falda, Villa Giardino, The summit, etc).
